The tech sector, one of the fastest-growing segments of the economy, is also famously one of the best industries for employees. (Hello hoodies and ping pong tables.) But there’s more to creating a great workplace than perks. Fortune partner Great Place to work surveyed more than 79,000 people at technology companies across the country to find the ones that not only talked the talk, but backed it up with generous benefits, a strong culture, and mutual trust between management and staff.
