中國(guó)本土人才不再視知名跨國(guó)外企為唯一選擇

過(guò)去,大型外企曾是中國(guó)才華橫溢的年輕一代最向往的雇主,但隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,中國(guó)本土企業(yè)與外企的差距似乎正在縮小。

在與跨國(guó)外企爭(zhēng)奪國(guó)內(nèi)一流人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,中國(guó)本土企業(yè)一度處于劣勢(shì),而新調(diào)查顯示,這些本土企業(yè)開(kāi)始迎頭趕上。

美國(guó)財(cái)經(jīng)新聞稱,貝恩和領(lǐng)英中國(guó)共同發(fā)布的一篇新報(bào)道指出,在中國(guó),本土企業(yè)90%的區(qū)域職務(wù)都由中國(guó)人擔(dān)任,而在跨國(guó)企業(yè),這一比例為60%。

美國(guó)財(cái)經(jīng)新聞所援引的報(bào)告稱,“隨著自身規(guī)模和知名度的提升,本土企業(yè)與其國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手爭(zhēng)奪下一代中國(guó)管理人才的能力將變得越來(lái)越強(qiáng)。”

上述報(bào)告預(yù)計(jì),中國(guó)國(guó)民將很快便會(huì)占據(jù)過(guò)去大多數(shù)由外國(guó)人把持的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與管理崗位,這對(duì)于進(jìn)入中國(guó)這一全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體的跨國(guó)企業(yè)而言是一個(gè)重大的挑戰(zhàn)。

美國(guó)財(cái)經(jīng)新聞援引的中國(guó)歐盟商會(huì)數(shù)據(jù)稱,約41%的歐洲企業(yè)正在重新評(píng)估其在華業(yè)務(wù),或縮減其在華規(guī)模。美國(guó)財(cái)經(jīng)新聞指出,多家美國(guó)企業(yè)于去年出售了其在華業(yè)務(wù),例如Uber和可口可樂(lè)。

美國(guó)快餐連鎖巨頭麥當(dāng)勞也在撤出中國(guó)。《南華早報(bào)》的報(bào)道稱,麥當(dāng)勞表示,公司會(huì)將大部分中國(guó)內(nèi)地與香港的業(yè)務(wù)出售給中信集團(tuán)。

貝恩公司的合伙人詹姆斯·魯特指出,大型外企曾是中國(guó)才華橫溢的年輕一代最向往的雇主,因?yàn)樗麄兲峁┑臋C(jī)會(huì)更多、業(yè)務(wù)水準(zhǔn)更高而且薪資也更為優(yōu)厚。但隨著中國(guó)迅速推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化、向消費(fèi)主導(dǎo)型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變,中國(guó)本土企業(yè)與外企的差距似乎正在縮小。

一些分析師發(fā)現(xiàn),過(guò)去十年中,駐華外企也開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)人才吸引難的問(wèn)題。《哈佛商業(yè)評(píng)論》2011年的一篇報(bào)道指出,2007年到2010年,中國(guó)國(guó)民為本土企業(yè)工作的興趣翻了三倍。 (財(cái)富中文網(wǎng))

Chinese firms were once at a disadvantage when it came to hiring the country’s top talent, but new research shows that homegrown businesses are beginning to catch up to foreign multinationals.

CNBC reports that an average of 9 out of 10 regional posts at local firms are now held by Chinese nationals, compared to 6 out of 10 similar roles at multinationals, according to a new report jointly authored by Bain & Company and LinkedIn China.

"As local companies grow in size and prominence, they are increasingly able to compete against global competitors to win the next generation of Chinese leaders," CNBC cited the report as saying.

The report predicts that Chinese nationals will soon take on most leadership and management roles that used to be held by foreigners, presenting a major challenge for multinational firms in the world’s second-largest economy.

Citing figures from the EU Chamber of Commerce in China, CNBC reported that some 41% of European companies are either re-evaluating their China operations or scaling back. A number of U.S. companies sold off their China businesses over the last year, CNBC said, such as Uber and Coca-Cola.

McDonald’s is also retreating from the Middle Kingdom; this week the fast food chain said it would sell a majority of its Hong Kong and China business to CITIC Group, the South China Morning Post reports.

James Root, a partner and Bain & Company, said major foreign firms were once the most desirable places for young, talented Chinese to work because they offered more opportunity, higher business standards and better pay. But with China’s rapid urban development and shift toward a more consumer-based economy it appears domestic firms might be closing the gap.

Some analysts saw trouble brewing for foreign employers slowly over the past decade. The Harvard Business Review noted in 2011 that Chinese nationals' interest in working for a domestic firm had tripled between 2007 and 2010.
