????你如何保持生活的平衡？

????工作中尋找快樂就不會感到枯燥。我們正在通用內部打造一個新的團隊，專注于連接車內服務設施的創新。這是公司的一個新前沿，我們正在吸引新的人才。我們樂在其中，也希望能在我們的產品中體現這一點。每天起床都期待著去上班，這就是平衡生活的關鍵。

????每位領袖都應該具備的一項特質是什么？

????考慮到我的失敗經驗，我的答案是：了解自身的優勢和缺陷。充分利用自己的優勢，同時把那些可以彌補自身缺陷的人團結在自己周圍。尋找愿意幫助你發現缺陷的同伴和導師。

????商學院是企業家必需的嗎？

????絕對不是，但一定能給企業家帶來好處。尤其是如果你有技術背景，商學院會在商業如何運作方面完善你的知識。每位企業家都需要知道如何利用自己的點子賺錢。（財富中文網）

????What technology sector excites you most?

????I am attracted to sectors undergoing significant change. That's what is exciting about my role at General Motors. It is a new intersection of technology (connectivity) and business (auto industry) with so much opportunity. The user experience in the vehicle will undergo radical change in the next 3-5 years.

????What do you do to live a balanced life?

????Have fun at work and it's not really work. We are building a new team within GM dedicated to the innovation of connected services in the vehicle. It is a new frontier for the company and we are attracting new talents. We have fun and hopefully it is reflected in our products. A desire to come to the office each day is key to a balanced life.

????What is one characteristic that every leader should possess?

????Given my answer on failures, self-awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses. Build on your strengths, and surround yourself with people to mitigate your weaknesses. Find peers and mentors that are willing to help you see your weaknesses.

????Is business school necessary for entrepreneurs?

????Never necessary, but certainly beneficial. In particular, if you have a technical background, business school will round out your knowledge on how business operates. Every entrepreneur needs to understand how to make money from their ideas.
