????Ford is learning the hard way what it is like to be a technology leader. Thanks largely to complaints about the complex controls for its infotainment systems, Ford and Lincoln got clobbered in the latest J.D. Power survey of initial quality. As for all that unintended acceleration talk a few years ago, it has done little to erode the loyalty of Toyota buyers. Lexus finished first and Toyota seventh in the Power survey.
